Every Super Sentai Vs Movie since 2011 (except 199 heroes)

These are not meant to be detailed summaries of each movie (depends if I get carried away in typing), just me trying to explain what happened and if I liked it.  

 

Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger Vs Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger (subbed by Gao Soul Forever)

The movie starts with the Abaranger mechas confronting the Hurricaneger and Goraijer mecha and beating them.  It is revealed Wendiinu and Frabeejo were the ones controlling them.  Frabeejo blasts thems.  Hurricane Red appears and punches the two in the face (only in Japan).  Hurricane Red is confused as to how they survived.  They explain that the blast sent them to Dino Earth.  They then got a jewel that contains the evil demon king that was sealed on Dino Earth from the Evolian.  They then proceed to break the seal by simply throwing the egg to the ground.  Wicked ninja Iiga appears.  He beats the heroes down.  Abarangers forms the Super Dino Bomber but can’t fire because Hurricane Red is in the way.  He blasts them again and wants to finish them off but is interrupted by the arrival of Hurricane Yellow and Kabuto Raiger.  Iiga retreats for now because he’s got something else to do.  

The usual hostilities occur until Oboro appears.  Even she does not know how they stole their mechas.  At the Evolian lair, Wendiinu and Frabeejo thought they would be Evolian generals due to all they have accomplished but are betrayed by Abarekiller.  Iiga offers henchmen position to them but they refuse and leave.  Back at the curry shop, Hurricaneger sensei appears as a rat, turns into a human and explains Iiga’s story.  He was a cosmic ninja who crossed dimensions and arrived on Dino Earth where the wicked life forms dwell.  The three sages united their power and sealed him.  The Abaranger computer rings and tells them the enemy has appeared in 3 different locations.  They split into three groups.  Oboro contacts Hurricane Blue and Kuwaga Raiger in Spain.  The two reds are quarreling when they meet Iiga.  They try to transform but he uses a transformation sealing wicked ninja art on their morphers.  Hurricane Yellow and Abare Yellow and Blue meet another Iiga and he blasts them.  Abare Yellow is thought to be killed but is revealed to be saved by Hurricane Blue.  Iiga then seals their morphers as well.  Kabuto Raiger and Abareblack immediately get their morphers sealed but Kuwaga Raiger steps in and save them.  He gets his morpher sealed too.  It is then revealed that the real Iiga is filling himself with Dino Guts while his clones distract the senshi.  All three groups work beat the clones and the seals come off their morphers.  

They soon learn they are fighting clones and the real one shows up in front of all of them as they met up with each other.  The other Evolians and Abarekiller join the fight.  They all henshin and do their roll call.  They beat them and Iiga grows.  They summon the mecha.  Abarekiller also summons his mecha.  GouraiSenpuujin is formed immediately.  Abarekiller gets hit with GouraiSenpuujin finisher but retaliates and destroys it.  Hurricaneger falls down to the ground.  Abareblack does ground inferno and KillerOh is down.  Abarekiller retreats.  AbarenOh does his finisher but Iiga counter with his own.  Iiga is about to finish it in slow bad guy fashion when Revolver Mammoth shows up and fires a couple of balls at him.  Shurikenger reveals himself.  Hurricaneger and Gouraijer send their Dino Guts to AbarenOh and he receives Senpuujin’s sword.  So it is now called Senpuu Gourai AbarenOh.  Iiga does his finisher but AbarenOh counters.  They then do the Split Drill Slasher and Iiga is finally defeated.  Both teams celebrate and say good bye to each other.

My Final Opinion: 1/5

• First and foremost, I thought all the male Hurricaneger looked unkempt.  Are ninjas supposed to have long and uncombed hair?  
• The battle scenes are not that impressive and some are downright absurd!
• I hated how everything related to Abarangers looked.  From the senshis to the mechas to the Evolian to the old man and little girl in the curry shop. 
•  I always thought Hurricaneger mecha and equipment looked childish, but alongside Gaoranger, it was good.  Alongside Abaranger mecha, which I never liked, ugh!   
• I would have given this a zero but there is one saving grace and that was the fight between Abarekiller and Gouraijers.  Sentai vs Sentai!

 Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger Vs Hyakuju Sentai Gaoranger (subbed by Gao Soul Forever)

The three main Hurrincaneger beat up some Jakanja like it’s routine.  The Gaorangers show up and says the enemies of the Jakanja are their enemies and attack them.  Hurricanegers gets beat up and retreats.  Back at the base, they learn who the Gaorangers are and they speculate why they became evil.  Jakanja celebrates.  It is revealed it is Chuuzubo’s little brother who got their powers.  His name is Chuubo.  He wants to be the Second Lance in the Great Seven Lances, the position his brother used to occupy.  The head of Jakanja, Master Tau Zanto agree to it if his plan succeeds.  

The Gaorangers are shown fighting the Gouraigers.  Hurricanegers show up and try to talk but it only leads to the Gaoranger saying they have sold their souls to the devil.  They summon their mecha and a fight ensues.  GaoKing spear takes out Gouraijin so Senpuujin goes hurry up.  The real Gaorangers are shown being held captive and in agony watching the fight.  Taiga Sae/Gao White rushes to the battlefield and stops GaoKing from delivering the death blow to Senpuujin.  GaoKing disassembles and tries to shoot the fake Gaorangers but they escape.  

Back at the base, Gao White explains they were captured by Chuubo, their G-Phones were taken and they were being held captive in a cave.  Chuubo also puts talismans on them that restrict their movement and sends out their biological data to the fake Gaorangers, which are the other Lances of the Jakanja.  Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue show up and beats up the real Gaorangers for revenge.  Hurricanegers rush to free the Gaorangers but are confronted by the fake Gaorangers.  Gouraigers and Shurikenger hold them off.  Real Gaorangers says they’ll never give up for the sake of their successors.  Gao Silver is shown, saying “The wind, it’s calling” and holds up the wolf jewel.  Hurricanegers have trouble with Chuubo.  Yellow notices Chuubo’s belt is connected to the talisman and they are successful in attacking it.  The talismans fall off and the real Gaorangers escape.  Both teams meet up, Gaorangers apologize.  Gouraigers and Shurikenger get blasted to their feet.  The fake GaoRed blast all of them using the Falcon Summon.  Gao Silver rides up, gets his G-Phone from Tetome and calls for the Power Animals to return the G-Phones to their rightful owners.  They then get their old jackets and both teams henshin and roll call.  

The fight scene that follows is one of the best and most enjoyable I have ever seen.  I especially liked Gao Silver and Shurikenger and the team finishers.  “Demon Begone” with never sound old.  Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue are finally dead but Chuubo grows and summons 3 other Jakanja.  GaoKing Sword & Sheild, GaoHunter, Senpuujin, Gouraijin and Tenkuujin are summoned.  I also love this part.  A combination of Powerful bisection and Beast Hurricane destroys one.  Chuubo resurrects his big brother so they form GouraiSenpuujin and defeat him.  Chuubo gathers the energy with the 2 other Jakanja and fires a big blast towards the mecha.  Only GouraiSenpuujin is left standing with only one arm left, the other being blown off.  Hurricane Red is bleeding from his left arm.  GaoRed wants to form GaoMuscle Striker but Gao Lion roars at him.  He enters the cockpit and tells Hurricane Red to use Gao Tiger and Shark as the arms of GouraiSenpuujin.  GouraiSenpuujin Sword & Shield is formed.  They use the elephant to block the big blast and defeat the 2 Jakanja.  Tenkuujin becomes an arm and all mecha fires at Chuubo.  He is defeated.  Ending show Gao Silver leaving and both teams interacting.

My Final Opinion: 5/5

• I loved it as much as the last one.  Again, Gaoranger is proving to be very likeable for me.  I might be biased since Wild Force was the season when I started watching again.  I never even watched Zeo.
• Hurricaneger cast was fine.  Red seemed overly dramatic to me at some scenes.  Blue stands out, first female blue I’ve seen.  Of course I know Blue Dolphin was 1^st.
• Shurikenger looks very interesting.  Of course I know him as Cam from Ninja Storm but I do hope to see him in action more.  Tennis balls?
• Great story, great fight scenes and just really a great Vs movie.  One of the best for me.

Hyakuju Sentai Gaoranger Vs Super Sentai (subbed by Tokuplex)

This movie celebrated Super Sentai’s 25^th anniversary.  It starts with a shot of the Earth from space and a narrator saying, “Hey, did you know this beautiful blue planet called Earth which you live in has been attacked numerous times.  But don’t worry because they have been warriors of good that have defended it.”  A quick flash of all 24 teams then zooms to the Gaorangers confronting Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue and some orgettes.  They beat them soundly.  The ground shakes, smokes rises and suddenly, all the orgs’ horns’ turn to gold.  They fight again and this time Gaorangers sans Red actually die.  He shouts, “No, wer’re the Gaoranger!  We won’t lose to the orgs!”  Cut to scene where Red is standing bewildered, other 4 are standing and alive but stunned.  Blue and white furry tentacles shoot out to wraps 3 of them.  Red saves White before it gets her.  A new org, Fallen Highness Rakushaasa appears.  Org legend says after his horn was damaged, he hibernated and to revive him, strong warrior spirits were needed.  He proceeds to devour Black, Blue and Yellow’s warriors’ spirit.  The 3 turn into wimps.  Red instructs White to take the 3 and run.  Rakushaasa wraps the tentacle around Red and explains the illusion before was to cause the warrior to despair after seeing his end.  Only then will he be able to devour a warrior spirit.  He proceeds to cast an illusion of Red being stabbed by people.  

The other 4 regroups and meets Big One in disguise.  He hands White a rose and makes an analogy of what a red rose needs.  A blue sky, yellow sunlight, black night and a white hand to care for it.  He then tells them that year after year, 5 color warriors protect the Earth, quick flashes of the 24 teams again.  He disappears soon after.  The 3 thinks since there are other warriors, they no longer have to fight.  White disagrees.  Then the G-Phones leap out of their pockets and run away.  They all chase after their respective phones.  Cut to Red running away from people and getting shot at by cops.  He dimorphs and all the people are revealed to be dead orgs.  Rakushaasa taunts, “How much more can you endure?”  White meets Mega Pink.  Blue meets Go Yellow.  Also gets thrown judo style and begs him to take him as his apprentice.  Gao Yellow meets Red Falcon while he was visiting his dead friends.  Yabaiba shows up and steps on a grave.  Red Falcon gets angry, henshins and kicks ass.  Gao Black meets Ginga Blue.  Gao Red fights valiantly.  Mega Pink and White plays a cat and mouse game with Tsue-Tsue.  Mega Pink teaches White how to instantly change clothes.  She teaches that the female of the five never backs down.  Clip show of female warriors.  Big One helps off screen causing Tsue-Tsue to trip on two occasions.  Red continues fighting and henshins.  Ginga Blue lectures Black on warriors much greater than he is.  Clip show of male blue, green, black and yellow senshis.  Black still feels he can’t fight, so Ginga Blue tests him by almost stepping on a flower.  Black stops him and Ginga Blue smiles.  Red fights an old enemy uses its weakness against him again.  Blue and Go Yellow trains in Panda style martial arts.  Blue is not doing so well so Go Yellow goes crazy reminiscing over a carton of milk and the Milk Tornado Drop.  He then lectures on more male blue, green, black and yellow senshis.  The lesson here is that if you don’t want to lose to your enemy, don’t lose to yourself first.  Blue drinks milk.  Red continues fighting.  

Red Falcon and Gao Yellow spar.  Red says you’ll never win with such a frightened sword.  He lectures on warriors not afraid of the sword.  Red fights again.  All 3 regain their fighting spirit.  Black by realizing he has something to protect, Blue by beating Go Yellow and Yellow by dueling with Red Falcon.  It was a short but epic duel.  Yellow wins mainly because he had two swords.  Red destroys three orgs with the Gao Mane Buster.  Rakushaasa is bewildered that Red does not despair.  He wraps him, carries him in the air and zaps him.  Red demorphs and loses his G-Phone.  Rakushaasa tells him “I’ll make you despair withour illusions.”  Mega Pink recalls when she became Super Mega Pink and hands back the G-Phone to White.   Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue show up.  Big One shows up, fights and beats them.  White realizes she was the one in most despair and that’s why her G-Phone left her.  Red is strung up on a cross.  Big One and Mega Pink disguises as Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue, distracts Rakushaasa while Gao White frees Gao Red.  Rakushaasa taunts he still has Gao Red’s G-Phone but Gao Yellow hits it with a feather and it flies into Red’s hands.  The 3 start fighting and Rakushaasa asks how can they fight.  Red Falcon, Ginga Blue and Go Yellow show up, basically saying a warrior will never lose their spirit and kick ass.  

All of them henshin and roll call.  Rakushaasa summons 5 dead orgs and the 5 seniors take care of them to the tune of the Liveman theme.  Each Gaoranger, sans White take turns softening up Rakushaasa until they form the HajaHyakujuken.  He grows big and they call Gao Muscle.  Rakushaasa squeezes it into defeat and Gaorangers are back on the ground.  Then all 24 red mechas show up do their individual attacks.  Rakushaasa still stands so Gaorangers form Gao King.  With the spirit of 24 Megazords powering it, Gao King’s Super Animal Heart obliterates Rakushaasa.  Yabaiba and Tsue-Tsue flee in disbelief.  Blue and white tentacles shoot out, wraps them and Rakushaasa is reborn.  He simply takes back the power he gave them.  The team is stunned and he blasts all of them.  Gaorangers saying, “How can we beat him?”  The seniors are saying, you should know by now.  Red Falcon goes “Behold, the red heroes who led the sentai in the past!”  All 24 reds appear and pose.  Gaoranger releases their super sentai spirit.  Gao Red performs the Gaoranger storm and Rakushaasa is finally defeated.  Tetom refuses to believe they defeated the Fallen Highness but we know better.  Gao White pins the rose to Gao Red, he doesn’t know why.  Red swears to Gao Lion that they will protect the Earth.  An awesome ending song follows. 

My Final Opinion: 5/5

• I loved it.  The Gaoranger cast is one of the most likeable one for me. 
• I love the clip shows.  I loved how epic the music was at key parts. 
• The ending theme song is just fabulous.  Everyone needs to watch it at least once. 
• 24 red rangers doing their roll call is enough to make anyone stare in awe or laughter.

GoGoV Vs Seijuu Sentai Gingaman (subbed by Gao Soul Forever)

 

Gingaman waits for the Seijuu Beasts to return to Earth.  The talking tree tells them something else is coming.  It is Gelmadix, a mecha sized red dragon monster.  They morph, shoot the monster with Earth power or something and a space pirate appears before them.  He says his name is Gregory and attacks them.  Gingaman gets beaten around until Mega Red shows up.  He helps Gingaman fight Gregory.  Gregory tells Gelmadix to attack them.  GigaRhinos and GigaPhoenix arrive and sacrifice themselves to fend off Gelmadix.  Both forces retreat.  

One of Megaranger’s old enemy reappears, says she’ll create a barrier around the Earth to prevent the Seijuu Beasts from returning.  Mega Red gets acquainted with Gingaman, they learn of the barrier.  They go to Megaranger’s high school where Mega Yellow helps them out.  Says she needs Ginga Red’s morpher.  Gregory steals and uses Ginga Red’s morpher to bring back Gingaman’s main enemies back to life. Ginga Red gets injured in the process.  Mega Red calls the rest of the Megarangers.  Both teams sans the two reds go on a boat to an island where the bad guys are.  Ginga Red and Mega Red talk as only red senshis can do.  The whole “I understand, you feel like it’s your fault and you won’t sit this one out no matter how injured you are” talk.  They head out to the island on a motorcycle but lose control because of an earthquake caused by Gelmadix.  Both fall into the ocean.  

Rest of the team arrive, try to fight off enemies but get pushed backed.  Both reds come in silver surfer style.  Both teams morph and roll calls.  What follows next is one of the most impressive acts I have ever seen.  Two sentai teams defeats 20 resurrected monsters.  Considering it probably takes one whole episode for any one of these monsters to be defeated, this is pretty badass.  The fight lasts for 1 minute and 31 seconds, yes I timed it.  Both teams then fight their respective series’ bad guys and win.  Gregory grows, Megarangers get in their mecha as well as BullBlack.  The barrier eventually breaks down with some help from the Megranger’s  lab analyze the data and told Gingaman to shoot the enemies castle.  The Star Beasts return and form GingaiOh.  All mechas do their finishers and everyone’s happy.  Both teams celebrate, both reds have a foot race.

My Final Opinion: 4/5

• So not much to say.  A decent Vs movie.  If I’m not mistaken, Lightspeed Rescue used this footage.
• Not too many memorable scenes.  I liked seeing GoGoV’s new mecha and equipment. 
• There were funny moments involving Go Yellow and Go Red which I liked.
• I think this is the first time two Sentai teams were in the same cockpit, and both teams had the same color for each member too.
• The Dark Beast looked something out of a Godzilla movie.  When I first saw it, I was impressed.  It looked like something only Godzilla could defeat.  I also like how the mecha fight was shot in a dark setting.
